You will navigate to the welcome launcher, read this if you have time then scroll left and click continue

Step3:

Accept the terms and conditions, we'll log you in automatically

Step 4: 

Click the Add Conversion button

Step 5:

Select the amount you want to convert or click the request button and we will add the amount as per your request.

Step 6:

Select a payment method or add one if you have already added one.

Step 7:

Review the conversion invoices and click the Convert Rewards button.

Step 8:

Pay via Google Play Balance.
